When I read the Mission …

When I read the Mission:

To make healthcare better – for employees to work, physicians to practice medicine and patients to receive care.

And saw the values:

Teamwork, Respect, Integrity, Generosity, Learning and Measurable Achievement

And learned of the amazing, passion-filled, brilliant, high integrity and caring team …

I knew that now that I have reached the next milestone with my book (sent to my incredible editor today) that I wanted to …

… lead & serve and learn & share as part of the Studer Group team.

So today I am so very excited to share that I have accepted a Coaching position with the Studer Group to work with healthcare leaders and systems throughout the country to achieve this powerful and attainable mission.

These are exciting and challenging times with great opportunities to help others.

And I very much look forward to engaging folks from throughout the healthcare system in a whole new way beginning September 19th.

Lastly, I will simply add that not only is Studer Group serving to position other organizations for great success … the organization also looks within and positions each of its team members for optimal engagement, fulfillment, satisfaction and success.

Two examples:

1.) A warm welcome from the President and CEO along with a beautiful plant for a home office

2.) Ensuring that one’s library is complete with the latest, information for professional growth

The best way to find yourself is to lose yourself in the service of others.
