Excerpt from the Vigil program …

5 Candles

As we light these five candles to honor our children, we light one for our grief, one for our courage, one for our memories, one for our love and one for hope.

We light these candles tonight in remembrance of all patients, families, friends and colleagues who have left us too soon…

May their light always shine.

Bless you Dale for your powerful and inspiring work.

And again, if folks are attending the IHI Forum, do not miss the inspiration … and together let’s always and all ways ensure patient safety is the priority.
